BOARD BILL NO. 221 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERWOMAN DIONNE FLOWERS An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor, on the behalf of the City of St. Louis, to submit all necessary applications and to enter into agreements with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for the City of Saint Louis Department of Health / Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Ebola LPHA funding and authorizing the Mayor, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, to expend any funds received by said grants to fulfill the obligations of the grants, and containing an emergency clause.
