This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the Second Amended and Restated Concession Agreement with Taste, Inc. dba Vino Volo. The Second Amendment and Restatement extends the term of the agreement by five (5) years to expire on December 31, 2028, and grants to the Concessionaire the non-exclusive right and privilege to operate and manage a food and beverage concession at the Airport. The Board Bill contains a severability clause, and an emergency clause. .
