About

1. The Personnel and Administration Committee shall consist of the President, who shall be the Chair, the Vice- President, the Floor Leader, the Assistant Floor Leader and other Alderpersons appointed by the President. 2. The Personnel and Administration Committee shall consider all matters pertaining to the Employees of the Board, the various offices of the Board, the Aldermanic budget, all Aldermanic expenses and disbursements, and all other related matters, and shall, consistent with these Rules, establish operating policies for the office staff, to be executed and supervised by the Clerk. 3. The Personnel and Administration Committee shall maintain a file of job descriptions, minimum qualifications, Code of Ethics, and the Employee Handbook for all allocated positions of the Board of Aldermen.
