• Carry out Health Department plans to serve and protect residents.
• Enforce Clean Air Act National Ambient Air Quality Standards.

The City of St. Louis Air Pollution Control Program (SLAPCP) carries out the initiatives of the Clean Air Act in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and the US Environmental Protection Agency.
