Step 2. Enter address where service is needed
Step 3. Answer detailed questions about your service request
Step 4. Enter your contact information (optional)
Step 5. Upload supporting documents
Step 6. Confirmation

The most common complaints are listed here. If you have requests that are not on the list please call the Citizens' Service Bureau at (314) 622-4800, between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday (except holidays).
