Mike O'Neill, CEO., John Nickel, President and Kevin Quigley, Executive V.P., are looking forward to finally working together under one roof.

The Manchester Market Place is now the new home of SWITCH which has consolidated all of their offices from multiple locations into their new Dogtown home location. The company has 105 full-time employees, including approximately 40 creative, 30 production, and 35 account and administrative staff.

The expansion plan includes an additional 30,000 square feet of space will be added to their current 66,420 square feet, giving SWITCH a total of 96,488 square feet of creative/production/ and storage space.

The existing and new office spaces will be joined via a mezzanine and social hub which will include a complex geometry of new walls and ramps, an auditorium with balconies, conference rooms, breakout rooms and themed pods for individual or small group brainstorming sessions. The new design will make use of existing concrete slab floors, exposed ceilings, light-colored wood accents and bright colors.

SWITCH exemplifies the kind of investments that makes the City a great place to live and work.
