Pre-Bidding:
Bidders (not including subcontractors) are required to attend one site visit during the bidding process. Site visits may last approximately one hour, and will be guided by a representative of Land Reutilization Authority and will begin at predetermined times as indicated below. Bidders only need to attend one of the below Site Visit options.

Summary
The project aims to address several critical aspects of infrastructure rehabilitation and maintenance to make the structure safe and clear of debris to allow for a full structural evaluation. Primary focus is on Timber Shoring, Exterior Rubbish Removal, Interior Finish Removal, and Roof Tarping. The objective is to ensure structural integrity, safety, and cleanliness within the specified area to prepare it for formal structural evaluation at a later date.

Bids will be received by the Authority at 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103, (Attention: Henry Shannon) until 4:00 PM local time on May 9, 2024. At that time and location a public bid opening will take place.
