Overview

The City of St. Louis Streets Department appreciates reports of problems with recycling, as well as requests for recycling presentations, displays or event containers. 

 
Department personnel may already be aware of a problem and may already be working to resolve it, but sometimes your report is what's needed to learn about a problem.

Preparation

Provide as much information as possible. Include information on:

  • Address or intersection
  • Describe conditions

  2. Complete the steps and submit the request.

No fee associated with the service request.

What to Expect

You will receive an email with a request ID number.  

You can use the number to check the status of the service request.

Additional Information

There are several ways to recycle materials. Review the City of St. Louis Refuse Division's Recycling Program to learn about charities that pick up donations, disposing of hazardous materials, construction materials, and batteries.
