During a brief ceremony in his office last month, Mayor Francis G. Slay presented Tom Bruckner with a 40-year service pin.  On hand for the presentation were Tom's wife, Linda; Rich Bradley, President of the Board of Public Service; Christopher Amos and Reggie Monroe of the Equipment Services Division.

According to Bradley, "Tom is an excellence senior technician (Fleet Maintenance Tech III) who started his career performing services for Refuse.  He has spent the second half of his City career as the "go to" guy for Streets' construction equipment at Hampton Garage earning the respect of his co-workers, supervisors and customers."
