The City of St. Louis-BJC Employee Assistance Program is a City sponsored, pre-paid service, at no cost to employees. BJC EAP provides confidential counseling, consultation and education to all employees and their immediate family members, helping with personal or work problems (financial, emotional, work relations), often before they disrupt work and home life.

The City's goal for the BJC Employee Assistance Program is to enhance the health, safety, productivity and morale of employees through educational programs and counseling.

BJC EAP can be contacted 24 hours a day at (314) 729-4030, toll free at (888) 505-6444, and at www.bjceap.org.

For more information about the BJC Employee Assistance Program onsite training, consultations, or program materials, contact Carolyn Roston in Employee Relations at (314) 622-5728 or RostonC@stlouiscity.com.
