According to Catherine Werner, Sustainability Director in Mayor Lyda Krewson's Office, the Smithsonian Institution Community of Gardens (the Smthsonian's digital home for preserving stories of gardens and the gardeners who make them grow) is seeking stories about gardens, greenspaces, and gardening history.  Werner will be compiling the St. Louis monarch garden stories and images, so be sure to share them with her to be included in a special publication/display.

Per Werner's Sustainability August 2017 Newsletter just email the story and image(s) to her at WernerC@stlouis-mo.gov.  She will forward the stories she receives to the Smithsonian on the writer's behalf.  She is also happy to assist whose who may need a little help with this.
