City employees invited to evaluate the Bee-Fit Wellness Program

The Bee-Fit Wellness Program wants your opinion and feedback regarding its current initiatives as well as your ideas for future programming. To participate, simply go to http://tiny.cc/beefitsurvey .

The survey will take approximately five minutes to complete, and all participants will be eligible to win one of 10 $50 Visa gift cards. The deadline for response is Friday, Oct. 4, 2013. All responses are confidential and will not be identified individually.
