Free City Employee Flu Shot Schedule - 2011

For the sixth consecutive year, the Department of Personnel will sponsor flu shots at no cost for City employees at various St. Louis City employee worksites.

Please check the dates and times offered, for your specific location.  The only clinics you need to make an appointment for are the City Hall clinics on Wednesday, Oct. 12 and Wednesday, Oct. 26.  Appointments are NOT required for any other clinic.

To schedule a flu shot, call (314) 918-8055 ext. 1295 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.  State you are a St. Louis City employee and that you want to schedule a flu clinic shot for either Oct. 12th or Oct. 26th.  The Administrative Assistant will access the appointment schedule and inform you of the available times.

Appointments for Oct. 12 will be taken until 4 p.m., Oct. 11.

Appointments for Oct. 26 will be taken until 4 p.m., Oct. 25.

Oct. 11 - Tuesday

  • Parks/Rec - 2 - 4 p.m.

Oct. 12 - Wednesday

  • *City Hall #1 - 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (*appointment required)
  • Family Court #1 - 9 - 11:30 a.m.

Oct. 14 - Friday

  • Carnahan - Room 730 - 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.
  • Locust building - 11 a.m. - Noon
  • 1520 Market; 1st floor - 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

Oct. 17 - Monday

  • STLFD; A shift - 9 a.m. to Noon
  • Family Court #2 - 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

Oct. 25 - Tuesday

  • STLFD; C shift - 9 a.m. - Noon
  • Equipment Services (ESD) - 1:30 - 2:15 p.m.
  • Streets Dept. - 2:30 - 4 p.m.

Oct. 26 - Wednesday

  • *City Hall #2 - 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (*appointment required)

Oct. 27 - Thursday

  • North Refuse - 9 - 10 a.m.
  • Water - COR - 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Medium Security (MSI) - 2 - 4 p.m.

Oct. 31 - Monday

  • Building Div. (Broadway) - 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
  • Forestry - 10 - 11 a.m.
  • Bd. of Elections - 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Justice Center (CJC) - 2 - 4 p.m.

Nov. 2 - Wednesday

  • South Refuse - 9 - 10 a.m.
  • Water - 1640 Kingshighway 1 - 2 p.m.
  • Water - McRee - 2:30 - 4 p.m.

Nov. 9 - Wednesday

  • STLFD; B shift - 9 a.m. - Noon
  • Water - Howard Bend - 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Nov. 14 - Monday

  • Airport - Main Terminal - 7 - 10 a.m.
  • Airport - Admin. Bldg. - 11 a.m. to Noon
