Mortgage Assistance Program 2022
City of St. Louis residents who are experiencing financial hardship and meet the qualifications can apply for the mortgage assistance program.

$500 Direct Cash Assistance Program
The direct cash assistance program to distribute relief funds to City of St. Louis residents impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic is currently on hold.

Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERA 1)
The Emergency Rental Assistance program makes funding available to assist households that are unable to pay rent or utilities due to COVID-19 hardship. This program has ended.

The Emergency Rental Assistance program made funding available to assist households unable to pay rent or utilities due to COVID-19 hardship. Opened April 19, 2022 and closed September 1, 2022 at 5 PM
