SLDC monthly board meeting

Notice: Because of the Global Pandemic declared on March 11, 2020, and subsequent Federal, State and Local Public Health Orders, for the protection of the public and in keeping with CDC guidelines, meetings will be restricted to no more than 10 persons maintaining a distance of 6 feet apart. Many meetings will be held via video/teleconference in lieu of in-person meetings. Please review the meeting notice closely for instructions on where/how to join the meeting.
St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is an umbrella, not-for-profit corporation organized under Chapter 355 of the Missouri State Code with the mission of fostering economic development and growth in the City of St. Louis by stimulating the market for private investment in City real estate and business development and improve the quality of life for everyone who lives in, works in, and visits the City.
SLDC is directed by its own Board of Directors, and its employees serve as staff support for the City's seven economic development authorities: The Industrial Development Authority (IDA), Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA), Land Reutilization Authority (LRA), The St. Louis Local Development Company (LDC), Planned Industrial Expansion Authority (PIEA), Port Authority of the City of St. Louis (Port), and the Tax Increment Financing Commission (TIF).
The SLDC Board schedules their monthly board meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 8:00 a.m.
