Notice: Because of the Global Pandemic declared on March 11, 2020, and subsequent Federal, State and Local Public Health Orders, for the protection of the public and in keeping with CDC guidelines, meetings will be restricted to no more than 10 persons maintaining a distance of 6 feet apart. Approval is requested for the Minutes of the December 6, 2017 Airport Commission meeting.
Draft Ordinance authorizing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller to enter into and execute for The City of St. Louis (“St. Louis”) an “Agreement and Contract of Sale” (“Agreement”), between St. Louis and Union Electric Company, d/b/a Ameren Missouri (“Ameren”), substantially in the form set out in ATTACHMENT “1” to the draft ordinance and contains an emergency clause. It also authorizes the Mayor and the Comptroller of St. Louis to execute the Quit Claim Deed in the form set out in Exhibit B to the Agreement. The Agreement provides for the sale of the St. Louis Property (consisting of approximately 1.3994 acres) to Ameren.
A. Award and approval of a Service Agreement to Allied Services, LLC, d/b/a Republic Services to provide Solid Waste & Recycling Services for the Airport. The Agreement will commence March 1, 2018 and will end February 28, 2021. The total Contract Not-To-Exceed Amount is $1,090,000.
B. Award and approval of the Service Agreement with Midwest Elevator Co., Inc. to provide Elevator, Escalator, and Power Walk Services for the Airport. The Agreement will commence March 1, 2018 and will end February 28, 2021. The total Contract-Not-To-Exceed amount is $2,000,000.
A. First Amendment to Restated and Amended Lease Agreement with Signature Flight Support Corporation (AL-223).
B. First Amendment to Lease Agreement with MHS Travel and Charter, Inc. (AL-222).
Briefing regarding possible impact on Airport Ground Transportation Revenue from Transportation Network Companies ("TNCs") (No vote required).
Tere will be a request to hold an Executive Session pursuant to the Revised Statutes of Missouri, Section 610.021(14) of the Missouri Sunshine Law and Section 417.453(4) of the Missouri Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
