Addendum No. 1: If you can't attend in person, you may use the following call information. Dial: 1-605-475-4776; Access Code: 284503
The City of St. Louis is looking for information to help create a contract for the purchase of a mass notification system. The target audience is the citizens of the City of St. Louis, tourists and City employees, for use especially in emergency situations. It should allow us to merge data from different sources to create a comprehensive database for maximum reach of notifications. The vehicles will be text, cell calls, landlines and social media for two-way communication. Non-emergency messaging will also be included.
The purpose of this informaional meeting is for potential vendors to ask questions about City needs, and for the City to ask questions about avaiable technology and best practices.
The Informational Vendor Candidate meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in room 324, in St. Louis City Hall, 1200 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103.
Please contact Pamela Kuehling at (314) 622-4330 with any questions or to RSVP. Participation in the meeting is optional but recommended.
