Room 208, City Hall Lettings Today: N O N E Hearings Today: N O N E REGULAR BUSINESS Recommendation that approval be given as follows: P R E S I D E N T Preliminary Approval for: Letting No. 8678 – Five New Passenger Boarding Bridges at Gates C-30, A-8, A-10, 1-14 and A-15, St. Louis Lambert International Airport Letting No. 8680 – Concrete and Brick Removal/Replacement and Complete Sidewalk Installation, Project No. Sp-108, St. Louis, Missouri Letting No. 8681 – Concrete and Brick Removal/Replacement and Complete Sidewalk Installation, Project No. SP-109, St. Louis, Missouri Letting No. 8683 – Concrete and Brick Removal/Replacement and Complete Sidewalk Installation, Project No. SP-110, St. Louis, Missouri Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to PSA No. 1198 – Construction Supervision and Materials Testing for the Reconstruction of Taxiway Victor Connector and Remap Rehabilitation St. Louis Lambert International Airport Equipment Services Division Contract for Repair and Service of Fuel Dispensing Pumps and Lubricating Equipment providing for service and repair through February 28, 2024 not to exceed $238,499.00. Facilities Management Division MAT Service Contract with St. Louis Mat and Linen Company providing service for the Gateway Transportation Center through October 31, 2019 not to exceed $15,000.00. DIRECTORS OF PUBLIC UTILITIES AND STREETS 7 Applications for Charter as follows 1. starting at existing Charter telephone pole in alley of 5760 W. Florissant, Charter will place a vault at base of pole and begin to bore northwest 131’ to next pole where they will place another vault. From there Charter will enter onto private property, 2. starting at existing Charter telephone pole at 8320 Church Rd. placing a vault Charter would like to bore north 570’ placing a vault at Church Rd. and Halls Ferry Rd. From there continue boring north 185’ placing another vault at Church Rd. and McLaran. Charter would then bore east 155’ placing another vault entering onto private property of the library, 3. starting at existing Charter telephone pole at Turner and 4293 Sacramento. Charter would like to bore 146’ south down Turner to Sacramento placing a vault. From there Charter will bore west 491’ down Sacramento placing another vault at Clarence. Charter will continue boring east 494’ to No. Newstead placing a 3rd vault. Finally Charter will bore west 62’ across No. Newstead onto private property, 4. starting at existing Charter telephone pole at alleyway behind 4234 No. Grand Blvd. Charter will bore north east in alleyway 35’ and placing a vault. From there will bore 15’ west to 4234 No. Grand Blvd., 5. starting a existing Charter telephone pole at the corner of Clarendon and Hodiamont tracks. Charter would like to bore northwest along Hodiamont tracts 310’ and placing a vault. Charter will continue up Hodiamont Tracks 397’ and placing another vault. Charter will continue entering onto private property, 6. starting at existing Charter telephone pole in alleyway of 4643 Lindell. Charter would like to bore west 79’ and place a vault. From there Charter will bore north 89’ placing another vault. Finally Charter would like to bore west on Argyle Ave. 129’ finishing onto private property of 225 No. Euclid Blvd. 7. starting in the alley behind 1822 So. Broadway at the east-south corner of back parking lot. From there bore 172’ south down alley to pole behind 1910 So. Broadway at the southeast corner of building in rear. DIRECTORS OF PUBLIC UTILITIES AND PUBLIC SAFETY Rung Foundation Inc., to consolidate land at 2511 and 2537 Iowa, 2717 Sidney, 2517 Ohio, and 2708 Victor in C.B. 2084 and 2085. THD Design Group, to subdivide land at 4731 Westminister Pl in C.B. 2964. DIRECTOR OF STREETS Affidavit of Petition No. 6861, Epsilon Lambda Charitable Foundation, to vacate 15 foot wide east -west alley beginning at Salisbury St. and extending southeastwardly 125.5 feet to the 20 foot wide north-south alley in City Block 1174 as bounded by 19th, Mallinckrodt, 20th St. and Salisbury in the City of St. Louis. DIRECTOR OF HEALTH AND HOSPTIALS St. Louis Carriage Company, issuance of Certificate of Convenience and Necessity per the Rules and Regulations governing Horse-Drawn Vehicles in the City of St. Louis. DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY 1 Festival Zones approved, subject to certain conditions as follows: 1. GO! St. Louis (1174008), Forest Park on April 6, 2019 and use the city streets and Lenore K.
