Volunteers Needed for Confluence Trash Bash on March 23

Join Great Rivers Greenway, the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, Missouri American Water,Missouri Department of Conservation Stream Team and a host of other partners and area residents on March 23rd for the 11th annual Confluence Trash Bash. Volunteers are needed to help improve the condition of our waterways within the Mississippi and Missouri rivers watershed. There are several cleanup sites to choose from, including Columbia Bottom Conservation Area, Creve Coeur Park, Chesterfield River’s Edge Park, Florissant Sunset Park and more. Registration begins at 8 a.m., and cleanup efforts will last until noon. All are welcome, and no experience is required. Individual volunteers, civic groups and youth organizations are encouraged to attend.
