NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Public notice is hereby given that The Industrial Development Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri (the “Authority”), will hold a public hearing at 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, Missouri 63103, on Thursday, June 20, 2019, commencing at 1:30 p.m., regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of its exempt facility housing revenue bonds in the maximum principal amount of not to exceed $8,000,000 to refund and re-issue the Authority's Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (East Fox Homes Project) Series 2016. The proceeds of such prior bonds were applied to finance a portion of the costs of acquisition and rehabilitation of 47 apartment units in 12 buildings located at:
2801-03 Magnolia Ave. 2850 Magnolia Ave. 3152-54 Arsenal St. 2644 Accomac St.
2833-35 Magnolia Ave. 3110 Magnolia Ave. 3114-16 Sidney St. 3000 Pennsylvania Ave.
2922 Magnolia Ave. 3114 Arsenal St. 2128-30 Oregon St. 2625-27 Texas Ave.
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. The facility was initially, and is currently, owned by East Fox Homes, LP, a Missouri limited partnership.
The hearing will be open to the public. All interested persons may attend the hearing and will have an opportunity to express their views with respect to the above-mentioned bond issue. Written comments with respect to the bond issue may also be submitted to the undersigned prior to the hearing. Additional information regarding the project and the bond issue may be obtained in advance of the hearing from the undersigned. The Authority makes reasonable accommodations for any known disability that may interfere with a person’s ability to participate in public meetings. Persons needing an accommodation must notify the Authority, by telephone or in writing, no later than five (5) days prior to the hearing to allow adequate time to make needed arrangements.
