Description

The Community Development Administration (CDA) will hold a public hearing to discuss the development of the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs. 

The hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 26, 2019 at CDA, which is located at 1520 Market Street - Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103. The views of citizens, public agencies and other interested parties are encouraged. Interpreting services are available upon request by calling the Office on the Disabled at (314) 622-3686/voice or (314) 622 3693/TTY.

The City of St. Louis will continue to accept Request for Proposals (RFP) for 2020 CDBG funding up until 4:00 p.m. CST on August 30, 2019. The RFP and related forms can be found on the CDA website at https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/cda/. Questions concerning the proposal process may be submitted via email at CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov.
