How to Apply for Funding from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund

The Affordable Housing Commission will present a workshop titled, “How To Apply for Funding” on Friday, September 20, 2019.  The program will focus on applying for Affordable Housing Trust Fund grants and loans.  The workshop will be held at 1520 Market Street, Room 2000 (2nd-floor SLDC Boardroom) St. Louis, MO 63103. 

While all applicants are welcome to attend, the workshop is specifically designed to help new and inexperienced applicants understand how to apply for Trust Fund dollars, and to help previous applicants who have not successfully been awarded Trust Fund dollars understand what makes a great project, what documentation is required, and, what is expected of all proposals.  For more information click here.
