Description

A public hearing is scheduled to review the proposed 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs. The hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on November 8, 2019, at the City of St. Louis Community Development Administration (CDA), which is located at 1520 Market - Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103. Interpreting services are available upon request by calling the Office on the Disabled at (314) 622-3686/voice or (314) 622 3693/TTY.

The draft 2020 – 2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan will be available on October 15, 2019, for review and comment by any interested person. The plan will be available at the Central Branch of the St. Louis Public Library, located at 1301 Olive Street and on the City of St. Louis website, http://www.stlouis-mo.gov/cda/. The plan is also available for review at CDA’s office, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000.

The views of citizens, public agencies and other interested parties are encouraged, and comments or questions with respect to the proposed Annual Action Plan should be directed via email at CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov.
