Planning Commission Meeting

Notice: Because of the Global Pandemic declared on March 11, 2020, and subsequent Federal, State and Local Public Health Orders, for the protection of the public and in keeping with CDC guidelines, meetings will be restricted to no more than 10 persons maintaining a distance of 6 feet apart. The City of St. Louis Planning Commission will conduct a Presentation and Public Hearing to consider the adoption of Amendment #1 to the St. Louis Gateway Mall Master Plan which redefines the western terminus of this linear park in Downtown St. Louis as it was originally envisioned when the plan was adopted. The St. Louis Gateway Mall Master Plan was adopted as a Topical Plan by the City of St. Louis Planning Commission on July 1, 2009. The presentation and hearing will be held at the City of St. Louis Planning Commission meeting on Monday, February 3, 2020, 5:30 p.m. at 1520 Market St., Suite 2000.

 

The City of St. Louis Planning Commission will conduct a Presentation and Public Hearing to consider the adoption of Amendment #1 to the Downtown Development Action Plan which redefines the proposed land uses, street configuration, and related issues for an area generally bounded by Olive St (on the north) 20 th St (on the east), Market St (on the south) and 22 nd St (on the west). The Downtown Development Action Plan was adopted as a Neighborhood Plan by the City of St. Louis Planning Commission on December 15, 1999. The presentation and hearing will be held at the City of St. Louis Planning Commission meeting on Monday, February 3, 2020, 5:30 p.m. at 1520 Market St., Suite 2000.
