Notice of meeting for PSA Committee for Mainframe Strategic Planning

Notice: Because of the Global Pandemic declared on March 11, 2020, and subsequent Federal, State and Local Public Health Orders, for the protection of the public and in keeping with CDC guidelines, meetings will be restricted to no more than 10 persons maintaining a distance of 6 feet apart. Many meetings will be held via video/teleconference in lieu of in-person meetings. Please review the meeting notice closely for instructions on where/how to join the meeting.
Notice is hereby given that the PSA Committee for Information Technology Services Agency's Mainframe Strategic Planning will conduct a public meeting by Videoconference on August 26, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
The tentative agenda for the meeting includes:
- Approve minutes
- Collect signed Conflict of Interest statements
- Review Proposals
- Determine next steps
Note: The tentative agenda of this meeting also includes the option to vote to go into closed session pursuant to Section 610.021(12) RSMo, to discuss sealed proposals and related contracts, and Section 610.021(14) RSMo, to discuss records which are protected from disclosure by law.
