The St. Louis Workforce Development Board (SLWDB) meets every other month to set a framework and establish priorities for the Workforce development in the City of St.Louis. The policies and plans developed by the SLWDB are implemented by the St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment (SLATE). SLATE is responsible for providing City residents with a variety of employment and training opportunities, special programs for disadvantaged populations, youth, veterans, and other categories of unemployed St. Louisans.

All Board meetings are open to the public. Currently, our meetings are conducted virtually using the Zoom platform.
