Liquor License Application Hearings and Protest Hearing

Notice: Because of the Global Pandemic declared on March 11, 2020, and subsequent Federal, State and Local Public Health Orders, for the protection of the public and in keeping with CDC guidelines, meetings will be restricted to no more than 10 persons maintaining a distance of 6 feet apart. Many meetings will be held via video/teleconference in lieu of in-person meetings. Please review the meeting notice closely for instructions on where/how to join the meeting.

Admission: Free. In regards to Covid-19- Please be aware that upon entering the building your temperature will be checked and you are required to wear a mask during your time in the building. Only two persons allowed in the Hearing at a time, all others persons must wait in the hall until one person exit and then the next person will be allowed in the hearing to voice your support and/or opposition on the record.

9:00 a.m.-Nabali 1, LLC d/ba Nabali 1- to be located at 3001 N Florissant Ave-(Full Package and Sunday Package)-Ahmad Salamah, Mgr., which is located in the 5th Ward-4th Police District-St Louis Place neighborhood.  

Disposition: applicant withdrew application

9:15 a.m.-Diner Vibes, LLC d/b/a Billie's-to be located at 1802 S Broadway-(Full Drink/Sunday and Sidewalk Cafe)-Kelly D. Kaighn, Mgr.,-which is located in the 7th Ward-3rd Police district-Kosciusko neighborhood.  

Disposition: approved for issuance

9:30 a.m.-Missouri CVS Pharmacy LLC d/b/a CVS Pharmacy #11005-to be located at 6211 Delmar Blvd-(Full Package/Sunday Package and Tasting Permit)-Lorene Epple, Mgr., which is located in the 28th Ward-5th police district-Westend Neighborhood. 

Disposition: approved for issuance

9:45 a.m.-One Cafe & Market LLC d/b/a One Cafe & Market- to be located at 1015 Washington Ave Suite 101-(Full Drink/Sunday and Sidewalk Cafe)-Jay Carnahan, Mgr.-which is located in the 7th Ward-4th Police District-Downtown neighborhood.

Disposition:  approved for issuance

Protest Application Hearing:

10:00 a.m.-Tavco Holdings 1 LLC d/b/a The Wine and Cheese Place-to be located at 3506 Hampton Ave-(Full Drink and Sunday Drink)-Vi Jay Shroff, Mgr.,-which is located in the 23rd Ward-2nd police district-North Hampton neighborhood.  

Disposition:  Denied for lack of signatures
