Selection Committee Meeting - RFP for EMS Billing

Notice: Because of the Global Pandemic declared on March 11, 2020, and subsequent Federal, State and Local Public Health Orders, for the protection of the public and in keeping with CDC guidelines, meetings will be restricted to no more than 10 persons maintaining a distance of 6 feet apart. Many meetings will be held via video/teleconference in lieu of in-person meetings. Please review the meeting notice closely for instructions on where/how to join the meeting.

The St. Louis Fire Department will hold a Selection Committee meeting
for the purpose of discussing proposals received pursuant to an RFP for
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Billing.
The meeting will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 10:00 AM. To
slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus the Selection Committee will
meet by electronic Webinar. To access the meeting please type the

The agenda is as follows:
1) Completion of Conflict of Interest Statements
2) Roll Call Vote in open session to hold a closed session pursuant to
Proceedings involving sealed bids and proposals and related
documents and any documents related to a negotiated contract
until a contract is executed or all bids are rejected, as provided
by Section 610.021(12) RSMo.
3) Roll Call Vote to reopen session
