To slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus the Board of Aldermen are holding regular meetings by electronic Webinar. Each meeting will have an electronic link and phone number that can be used to view and/or listen to a meeting. Each meeting will also have a Meeting ID Number that can be used if requested while you are accessing the meeting.

The Committee will take Public Comment on any of the Board Bills listed below. Please see the below instructions on how to register to speak to the committee.
Public Hearing Procedures:
Those interested in making a comment should send an email expressing their interest to speak as well as their name, street address, email contact address and the Board Bill Number they wish to speak about. This email should also indicate whether you are “for”, “against” or have “no position” on the Board Bill. This email should be sent to the Board of Aldermen Clerk - Mr. Terry Kennedy at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Persons may also call 314 589-6845 and leave a message with the above information. Those who do not have an email address or wish to call into the meeting by phone to speak, should call the phone number above and express their interest to speak as well as leave their full name, phone number and all the requested information above.
Those responding by email will receive an email confirmation and then later a link that will allow them to join the meeting as a speaker. Procedures will also be sent to you. Those calling in will receive a return phone call with this information.
All requests to speak must be made by 7am Wednesday, January 20, 2021. Speakers will be called to speak in accordance to the Rules of the St. Louis Board of Aldermen which can be found on the Board of Aldermen Website.

This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 3601-3609 Lindell Blvd. Redevelopment Area. This Board Bill will allow a 10-year tax abatement @ 95%.
