Hearings for Liquor License Applications

Notice: St. Louis City officials recommend that residents follow CDC guidance for COVID-19 safety. Current CDC guidance states that people should avoid large events and gatherings when possible, and use masks and social distancing when gathering with those outside your household. Admission: Free. Due to Covid-19- Please be aware that upon entering the building your temperature will be checked and you are still required to wear a mask while in the building. Only five persons allowed in the Hearing at a time, all others persons must wait in the hall practicing social distancing until one person exit and then the next person will be allowed in the hearing to voice your support and/or opposition on the record.

9:00 a.m. -33 Frogs LLC d/b/a 33 Frogs-to be located at 3326 Watson Rd., they are applying for a Full Drink and Sunday liquor license.  Jennier Vizcarra will be the Managing Officer.  This premise is located in the 23rd Ward, 2nd Police District, Lindenwood Park neighborhood.  

Disposition: Official Protest accepted-30 day cutoff date is August 23, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.

9:30 a.m. -NFG Foundry, LLC d/b/a The Kitchen Bar-to be located at 3730 Foundry Way, Suite #140 FS3., they are applying for a Full Drink and Sunday liquor license.  Chris Breeze will be the Managing Officer.  This premise is located in the 17th Ward, 4th Police District, Midtown neighborhood.  

Disposition:  Approved for issuance

9:45 a.m. - The Gramophone, LLC d/b/a  The Gramophone to be located at 4243 Manchester Ave., they are applying for a Full Drink and Sunday liquor license and Summer Garden.  Scott Swanston will be the Managing Officer.  This premise is located in the 17th Ward, 2nd Police District, The Forest Park Southeast neighborhood.  

Disposition:  approved for issuance

10:00 a.m.- The Gramophone, LLC d/b/a  The Gramophone to be located at 4243 Manchester Ave., they are applying for a 3 AM Closing Permit.  Scott Swanston will be the Managing Officer.  This premise is located in the 17th Ward, 2nd Police District, The Forest Park Southeast neighborhood.  

Disposition:  approved issuance
