Speakers: Industry experts weigh on a variety of topics to help build awareness around health issues. Learn how you can advocate for your personal and families health to get more out of your medical experiences.
Demonstrations: Time to learn a few new tips and ideas on how to live a healthier life! Join our cooking and fitness demonstrations. All ages welcome and invited.
Panelist: Take back your health as local medical professional discuss topics that matter to you. From mental health and prevention to chronic diseases (like diabetes or cardiovascular disease) we're talking about it all.
Vendors: Our community is filled with locally-owned businesses. Stop by the vendor expo to learn more, get a COVID test/vaccinations or visit the BJC Mammography van (some activities may recommended an appointment).
