Liquor License Application Hearing and Protest Hearings

Notice: St. Louis City officials recommend that residents follow CDC guidance for COVID-19 safety. Admission: Free. Due to Covid-19- Please be aware that upon entering the building your temperature will be checked and you are still required to wear a mask regardless of your vaccination status while in the building. Only five persons allowed in the Hearing at a time, all others persons must wait in the hall practicing social distancing until one person exit and then the next person will be allowed in the hearing to voice your support and/or opposition on the record.
9:00 a.m.-At Margaretta, LLC d/b/a At Margaretta-to be located at 1128 Washington Ave., they are applying for a Full Drink and Sunday liquor license and Sidewalk Cafe. Sara Winbush will be the Managing Officer. This premise is located in the 7th Ward, 4th Police District, Downtown neighborhood.
PROTEST AGAINST THE RENEWAL OF THE FULL PACKAGE AND SUNDAY PACKAGE LICENSES:
9:15 a.m.-KARAM INC d/b/a WEST END MARKET- located at 1148 UNION BLVD, The Protest is against the renewal of the Full Package and Sunday Package Liquor License. Mahesh S. Patel is the Managing Officer. This premise is located in the 26th Ward, 5th Police District, Academy neighborhood.
PROTEST AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF A FULL DRINK LIQUOR LICENSE
11:15 a.m.-33 FROGS LLC d/b/a 33 FROGS- to be located at 3326 WATSON RD, The Protest is against the issuance of the Full Drink and Sunday Drink Liquor License. Jennifer Vizcarra will be the Managing Officer. This premise is located in the 23rd Ward, 2nd Police District, Lindenwook Park neighborhood.
