Description

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner CareSTL Health will provide COVID-19 vaccines to anyone 5 years old and above. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present to consent to the child receiving the vaccine.

Vaccines available: 

  • Ages 5-11: Pfizer
  • Ages 12 and older: Pfizer (1st, 2nd, and Boosters)
  • Ages 18 and older: Moderna (1st, 2nd, and Boosters)

Hours: 

  • Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm (Walk-ins must arrive by 4pm)
  • Closed - November 25 (Thanksgiving) and November 26 (holiday)
