The Loop Trolley Transportation Development District (the “District”) will hold a public meeting to consider and act upon the matters on the following tentative agenda and such other matters as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time. 1. Welcome 2. Call to Order 3. Approval of March 25, 2021 Meeting Minutes 4. Consideration of Resolution 2021-006 Acknowledging Successor Directors; Confirming the Election of a Chair; and Appointing Officers to a One-Year Term 5. Consideration of Resolution 2021-007 Approving the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2022 6. Consideration of Resolution 2021-008 Adopting a Drug & Alcohol Policy & Plan 7.
