  10. Report on Legal fees to date;
  11. Distribution of Pre-Approved Travel for 2022;
  12. Review of Signers for the Plan;
  13. Discussion and Vote on Accounting Software Upgrade:
  14. Closed Session pursuant to Section 610.021 RsMo (Roll Call Vote) to discuss legal matters and matters of physical and mental health of members;
