Description

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner Affinia Healthcare will provide COVID-19 vaccines to anyone 5 years old and above. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present to consent to the child receiving the vaccine.

COVID-19 Vaccines available: 

  • Ages 5-11: Pfizer
  • Ages 12 and older: Pfizer (1st, 2nd, and Booster)
  • Ages 18 and older: Moderna (1st, 2nd, and Booster)
  • Ages 18 and older: Johnson & Johnson (one dose and Booster)

Hours: 

  • Monday-Friday - 9am-12pm (Walk-ins must arrive by 11:45am)
