ITEM A -        Request for approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 30, 2021.

ITEM B-         Request for approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 16, 2021.

ITEM C-         Request for approval of the Minutes of the Special Meeting of December 20, 2021.

ITEM D-         Request for approval of the Minutes of the Special Meeting of January 10, 2022.

ITEM E -        Scheduling of the next regular Civil Service Commission Meeting.

ITEM F -        Update on Revisions to Civil Service Rule II 6(e).

The Commission will have a roll call vote in “Open Session” in order to hold a “Closed Session” pursuant to the following:

1. Proceeding to discuss legal actions, causes of action and litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorney in accordance with Section 610.021, paragraph 1, of State Statute.
2. Proceeding to discuss matters involving disciplining employees in public government in accordance with Section 610.021, paragraph 3, of State Statute
3. Proceeding to discuss matters of individually identifiable personnel records in accordance with Section 610.021, paragraph 13, of State Statute 

Roll Call vote for end of “Closed Session” and return to “Open Session”
