  1. Call to order;
  2. Review and Approval of minutes of regular meeting of January 27 ,2022;
  3. Dahab Updates:
    1. January Preliminary Performance;
    2. Quarterly Performance Review;
    3. Update on the Economy;
  4. Review and Discussion of Draft of Audited Financial Statements;
  5. Request for Approval of Retirement Benefits;
  6. Request for Approval of Death Benefits;
  7. Report on Legal fees to date;
  8. Review and Approval of Travel Resolution for update to include change of Per Diem Rate to IRS rate;
  9. Discussion and Approval on Divorce Settlement;
  10. Update on RFP for Actuary;
  11. Closed Session pursuant to Section 610.021 RsMo (Roll Call Vote) to discuss legal matters and matters of physical and mental health of members; 
  12. Motions coming forward from Closed Session;
  13. Confirm meeting dates –Thursday, March 31; April 28.
  14. Other business which may come to the attention of the Board of Trustees;
  15. Adjournment.
