Special meeting of the St. Louis Municipal Finance Corporation. The St. Louis Municipal Finance Corporation is the primary authority through which the city issues debt to fund lease-purchase agreements. It was established in 1991 by the city of St. Louis to lessen the burden of government by financing, acquiring, leasing or subleasing real property and any improvements thereon and personal property to the City of St. Louis.
