Description

A City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner will provide COVID-19 vaccines to anyone 5 years old and above at New Sunny Mount Missionary Baptist Church. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present to consent to the child receiving the vaccine.

COVID-19 vaccines available: 

  • Ages 5-11: Pfizer
  • Ages 12 and older: Pfizer (1st, 2nd, and booster)
  • Ages 18 and older: Moderna (1st, 2nd, and booster)
  • Ages 18 and older: J&J (1st, and booster)

Hours: Saturday, March 12, 10:00am-1:00pm
(Walk-ins should arrive by 12:45pm)
