Description

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner CareSTL Health will provide COVID-19 vaccines to anyone 18 years old and above. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present to consent to the child receiving the vaccine.

Vaccines available: 

  • Ages 18 and older: Moderna (1st, 2nd, and Boosters)

Hours: 

  • Thursdays- 9am-4pm (Walk-ins should arrive before 4pm)
