Board Bills

Board Bill Number 64
Introduced by Alderman Shane Cohn, Alderman Dan Guenther, Alderman Bill Stephens, Alderwoman Megan E. Green

An Ordinance approving policies and procedures in connection with the consideration of development proposals; amending Ordinance Number 71504; and containing severability and emergency clauses.

Board Bill Number 125
Introduced by Alderwoman Marlene Davis

This is a Board Bill recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment appropriating a portion of funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Pub. L. No. 117-2 (March 11, 2021) (ARPA). It authorizes certain expenditures of such funds, to the extent received. It authorizes contracts and other documents to expend the funds and it contains a severability and an emergency clause.

Board Bill Number 145
Introduced by Alderwoman Marlene Davis

This Board Bill determines that the Tax Increment Financing Plans listed in Exhibit “A” that were established five, ten, fifteen or twenty years ago are making satisfactory progress, except as noted, as required by Section 99.865.3 RSMo.

Board Bill Number 146
Introduced by Alderwoman Marlene Davis

The City of St. Louis is the owner of certain real property located at 3739 Windsor Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63113 (the “Property”). The Property is a triangular parcel of land next to the John Cochran VA Medical Center (the “VA”). The VA is developing its campus and, in doing so, approached the City of St. Louis to buy the Property to complete its development. This development is estimated to cost over $1 billion and would become one of St. Louis city’s most significant federal investments. The proposed Bill will positively impact the community as it will help beautify the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
