Notice: St. Louis City officials recommend that residents follow CDC guidance for COVID-19 safety. Current CDC guidance states that when transmission levels are high, people should avoid large events and gatherings when possible, and use masks and social distancing in public. Admission: Free.

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner Affinia Healthcare will provide COVID-19 vaccines to anyone 5 years old and above. Walk-ins are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis while COVID-19 vaccine lasts. A parent/guardian must be present to consent for a vaccine in someone less than 18 years old.

Hours: 

  • Thursdays - 9am-11:30am (Walk-ins must arrive by 11:15am)
  • Fridays - 9am-2pm (Walk-ins must arrive by 1:45pm)
