AGENDA Please take notice that a meeting of the Nominating Committee of the Missouri History Museum Subdistrict will be held via Zoom and telephone on November 26, 2025 at 11am. The agenda for such meeting is as follows: 1. Approval of the minutes of the November 13, 2025, Nominating Committee Meeting 2. Consideration of a replacement Commissioner for the City Non-Voting vacancy occasioned by the Committee's decision to recommend to the full Commission that David Liepholtz be appointed as a City Voting Commissioner. 3. Such other business as may come before the Committee. The Committee may close a portion of the meeting with a closed vote and record, as authorized by Section 610.021 (1), (2) and (3), RSMo., relating to legal issues, advice from counsel, real estate and /or individual personnel and performance, and negotiation of a contract pursuant to Section 610.021 (12) RSMo.More Information
