AGENDA MISSOURI HISTORY MUSEUM SUBDISTRICT MEETING DECEMBER 9, 2025 Please take notice that a regular meeting of the Commissioners of the Missouri History Museum Subdistrict will be held on December 9, 2025, at Noon in person and via Zoom in the Shaughnessy Room and via Zoom. Report of the Budget Committee re: the 2026 Missouri Historical Judy Abrams/Christina Renz Society Budget 6. Report of the Budget Committee re: the 2026 Budget for Judy Abrams/Tia Newcom the Missouri History Museum Subdistrict 7. Approval of the 2026 Budget of the Missouri Historical Cynthia Crim Society and approval and adoption of the 2026 Missouri History Museum Subdistrict Budget (Resolution in Meeting Folder) 8. Report of the Renewal Committee/Action on the Renewal Committee’s Recommendation (Resolution in Meeting Folder) Elizabeth McNulty/Cynthia Crim 9. Such other business as may properly come before the Commission The Commissioners may close a portion of the meeting with a closed vote and record, as authorized by Sections 610.021(1), (2) and (3) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri (RSMo) relating to legal issues, advice from counsel, real estate and/or individual personnel and performance, and negotiation of a contract pursuant to Section 610.021(12) (RSMo.).
