Description

The Community Development Administration (CDA) will conduct an in-person/virtual public hearing to solicit public comments and answer questions pertaining to a Substantial Amendment to 2025–2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025 Annual Action Plan.


Public Comment Period/Written Comments

The 5-day public comment period begins on Dec. 18, 2025 and will end on Dec. 23, 2025. The views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties are strongly encouraged. Written comments should be addressed to CDA, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103 or via email at CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov.
