Description

Join us for a two-hour gathering hosted in partnership with the Black Genome Project (BGP). This special event creates a unique space for conversation and reflection at the intersection of genetics, ancestry, culture, art, and health. The evening will include short artist talks, a moderated panel conversation, and audience Q&A. Panelists will include members of the BGP community, artists participating in the exhibit, researchers, and members of the Griot team, each sharing perspectives on their work and lived experience. Guests will also have time to enjoy refreshments and connect informally with one another. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.
