The Industrial Development Authority of the City of St. Louis Regular Board Meeting AGENDA 1. Call to Order - Greg Shapiro, President; 2. Approval of Minutes of September 25, 2013 Special Board Meeting; 3. Business - A. Resolution 13-IDA-18 (Eads Square Project) - Resolution determining the intent of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, to issue its Housing Revenue Bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $8,000,000 to finance a Commercial Apartment Project located in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; B. Resolution 13-IDA-19 (Mid-America Transplant Services Project) - Resolution determining the official intent of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, to issue its Health Care Facilities Revenue Bonds (Mid-America Transplant Services Project) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $18,500,000 to finance the costs of such Project; C. Resolution 13-IDA-20 (Hyde Park South Apartments Project) - Resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of certain documents in connection with the modification of certain terms of the Authority's Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Hyde Park South Apartments) and authorizing the officers of the Authority to do and perform all things necessary, appropriate and incidental thereto; D. Resolution 13-IDA-21 (FY 14 Industrial Development Authority Budget) - Resolution approving the FY 2014 Industrial Development Authority (IDA) Budget and containing the amount of annual fee payable by the IDA to St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2014; 4. Financial Report; 5. Adjournment.
