Resolution No. 13-PT-11 - Ed's Food Shop Concessionaire Contracts - Resolution approving Contracts with Edwin Dizon, d/b/a Ed's Food Shop, for food and beverage concessions on the Public Wharf contingent upon approval by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment - [Nick Nichols]; V. Resolution No. 13-PT-12 - Metro Concessionaire Contract - Resolution approving Contract with Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan District d/b/a Metro for a bicycle rental facility on the Public Wharf contingent upon approval by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment - [Nick Nichols]; VI. Roll Call Vote - In Open Session to hold a Closed Session pursuant to the following: (A) Proceedings involving legal actions, causes of actions or litigation or confidential or privileged communications with attorneys or auditors, as provided by Section 610.021(1) RSMo.; (B) Proceedings involving the leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore, as provided by Section 610.021(2) RSMo.; (C) Proceedings involving hiring, firing, disciplining or promotion of personnel, as provided by Section 610.021(3) RSMo., or individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment, as provided by Section 610.021(13) RSMo.; (D) Proceedings involving sealed bids and proposals and related documents, and any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed or all bids are rejected, as provided by Section 610.021(12) RSMo.; and/or (E) Existing or proposed security systems and structural plans of real property owned or leased by a public governmental body, and information that is voluntarily submitted by a nonpublic entity owning or operating an infrastructure to any public governmental body for use by that body to devise plans for protection of that infrastructure, the public disclosure of which would threaten public safety, as provided by Section 610.021(19) RSMo.; END CLOSED SESSION; RETURN TO OPEN SESSION - Next Board Meeting scheduled for July 9, 2013; XI.
