Unlicensed Liquor Premises within the Boundaries of the First Ward
Board Bill
The proposed bill will prohibit the issuance of any package or drink liquor licenses for any currently unlicensed premises within the boundaries of the First Ward, for a period of three years from the effective date of the bill. The bill contains an exception for the transfer of existing licenses, under certain circumstances, during the moratorium period.
